Bill Garland is Joint Managing Director of Daniels Associates Inc. In a career that has spanned over 30 years, Bill has accumulated experience in many diverse areas starting with his first position as a chemist for a major manufacturer of sanitation products. His vast product knowledge was a natural step to a position in National Sales, and after a series of promotions, he became a Senior Executive for one of North America's leading contracting organizations. In this capacity, Bill was responsible for a significant increase in the company's profits and performance. In 1980 he recognized the need for knowledge and expertise in the facility industry and became involved with Daniels.

Bill is recognized as one of the leading names in the management industry. As Joint Managing Director in Daniels Associates Inc., he has provided his consulting skills to many of the world's leading organizations and facilities. Daniels Associates Inc. offers a worldwide and world-class service to their clients with offices in North America, Europe, Australia and South America.

Bill contributes regularly to a number of industry magazines and is a frequent guest speaker and spokesperson for the building industry and its operations. He has served as an active member of BOMA — the Building Owner and Managers Association since 1980. He co-authored the acclaimed BOMA Cleaning Study which serves as an industry benchmark. He is the immediate Past President of BOMA International and continues to represent the interests of the industry.
