THE GABRIEL HOUSEKEEPING INSTITUTE DIVISION (GHI)
The Gabriel Houskeeping Institute Division (GHI) of Gabriel Service & Supply Corp., a contract cleaning company in East Rochester, NY, has introduced its Distance Learning Center for custodial training by telephone.
By dialing an 800 number, workers can attend classes that include instruction in proper use of cleaning and maintenance products, advice for dealing with difficult cleaning tasks, and cost-cutting tips.
The Distance Learning Center was developed by Gabe Zanche Sr., president of Gabriel. The telephone training concept was successfully tested in 1995 and now offers five tele-classes per week.
