The State Fuel Cell Hydrogen Policy and Demonstration Database developed by Fuel Cells 2000 is a new, searchable database of state programs, policy. incentives, stationary-fuel-cell installations, vehicle demonstrations, and hydrogen-fueling stations. Fuel Cells 2000 is an activity of the Breakthrough Technologies Institute (BTI), a non-profit [501(c)(3)] educational organization formed to promote the development and early commercialization of fuel cells.
