Marylhurst University is partnering with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) to offer a B.S. in Real Estate Studies to professionals nationwide who want to earn a college degree that is relevant to their career track.
Marylhurst will transfer specific credits earned at IREM toward a bachelor's degree in Real Estate Studies. Individuals who have earned IREM's CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation receive 27 credits toward a Real Estate Studies degree from Marylhurst.
Students can earn a B.S. in Real Estate Studies with a concentration in appraisal and finance or property management and marketing, notes Marylhurst. Since classes are delivered online, IREM members can earn a college degree in real estate while meeting the demands of work and everyday life, with the flexibility to participate in coursework as their schedules allow.
