Foundations of Real Estate Management
This entry level course covers the fundamentals of commercial real estate administration, management, building systems, accounting and reporting, contract management, and more. It is perfect for those considering jobs as property managers, or those whose jobs interface with property managers, as well as industry new-comers and anyone who may have learned on the job and has training gaps.
Lease Analysis, Valuation, Negotiation and Approval
BOMA International recently launched the first in a series of courses on asset management topics. The courses are designed to help property managers better understand the function of the asset manager in order to be more valuable to the entire commercial team, from owner on down. The first course released is targeted for commercial real estate property managers with 3-5 years' experience.
BOMA Office Measurement Standard Seminar
The BOMA Standard just got better. Learn how to maximize updates to the new 2010 Office Measurement Standard during this live, hands-on workshop. The 2010 Office Standard represents significant improvements over the 1996 version and incorporates many features that have been demanded by property managers, including a new Single Load Factor Method calculation for all floors of a multi-story building, greatly simplifying leasing.
