enVerid Systems: Company Launches New 'All-Season' HVAC Load-Reduction Module
Boston — May 3, 2016 — enVerid Systems, developers of the HLR solution to significantly reduce HVAC energy consumption, announced the availability of its next-generation, “all-season” system that reduces both cooling and heating energy consumption by 20 to 40 percent.
Designed with the latest innovations in digital technology, advanced materials, and thermo-mechanical design, the HLR 1000E has been optimized to achieve improved ROI for buildings in all climates. It is the first product offered in enVerid’s Series E family; future products will incorporate the same innovations for “all-season” energy savings/indoor air quality.
“The new Series E product family builds on the success of enVerid’s earlier HLR models in providing building owners and managers with a practical, cost-effective, turn-key solution to reduce HVAC energy costs while maintaining indoor air quality,” said Udi Meirav, CEO, enVerid Systems. “With our next-generation HLR 1000E, we are extending these benefits to building managers in all geographies and for all seasons. While our legacy products delivered impressive results for buildings in warm weather cities, we’re now excited to offer even better economics for the entire range of climates.”
A significant advancement in the HLR Series E is its integrated design that features patented “closed loop regeneration” technology. This enables the system to operate in both warm and cold climates while minimizing its energy requirements. Another technological enhancement included in the HLR 1000E module is its sensor technology. Designed by enVerid engineers, the new sensors boast improved accuracy, enabling superior control of air quality with minimal reliance on air replacement.
The HLR 1000E’s lower weight and compact form factor, along with its flexible voltage, enable it to be easily retrofitted to all types of buildings worldwide, offering simpler installation.
A newly redesigned control and communications system incorporates the latest advances in digital technology, including the use of BACNet protocol that interfaces with most building automation systems. The system features real-time access for users to monitor energy savings and indoor air quality. Enhancements in the new Series E include state-of-the-art cloud connectivity for advanced system control and operability.
enVerid’s HLR 1000E is currently in production and available for purchase.
