Viking Corporation's Sprinkler Guards
The Viking Corporation has announced FM-approved sprinkler guards designed to keep ESFR sprinklers safe from damage in areas with high human mechanical activity. The new Model EG-100 guards ensure that the sprinklers are protected in various applications, such as rack storage, where damage to low elevation sprinklers is likely to occur. Specifically designed with retrofit installation in mind, the new ESFR sprinkler guards feature a hardwire cage that completely encases the sprinkler.
