Sept. 22, 2014 — Uponor North America (Uponor) recently updated its engineering website, Uponorengineering.com, to offer even more resources for professionals specifying and designing PEX plumbing, radiant heating/cooling, hydronic distribution piping, and pre-insulated piping systems.
In addition to the website’s previous features, which included BIM (building information modeling) product data, specifications, submittals, and an online product catalog, the updated site offers an extensive library of CAD (computer-aided design) details as well as a pipe-sizing calculator.
The new site also offers a summary of all codes and standards and links to public listings for Uponor products as well as submittal packages for each system that can easily be downloaded with one simple click.
