The Gordian Group Launches New Brand Image And Website
Greenville, S.C. — Sept. 15, 2014 — The Gordian Group, the leading provider of construction cost-estimating information, pricing data, procurement software, and services for the construction industry and facility owners, announced the introduction of its new corporate brand, its new website, and the expansion of its corporate headquarters.
The relocation of its offices comes one month after The Gordian Group acquired RSMeans, North America’s foremost supplier of construction cost-estimating information for more than 70 years. The acquisition, re-branding, and expansion demonstrate Gordian’s commitment to advancement and innovation in the construction procurement and information industries.
The most prominent feature of the company’s new visual look is a re-engineered, more contemporary Gordian knot, which symbolizes Gordian’s commitment to innovation. The logo shows three interlinked elements to symbolize the company’s three core capabilities: data, software, and expertise.
“As we continue bringing new products and services to clients, these core elements — data, software, and expertise — will remain at the heart of what we deliver,” said William Pollak, CEO.
Those same core capabilities are featured on the company’s newly introduced website. It has been upgraded to provide clients easier access to content from company and industry experts that addresses specific industry challenges, such as project delays due to change orders or lengthy procurement cycles. The website’s Knowledge Center offers white papers, case studies, and other free resources that directly address clients’ business challenges.
“Our brand enhancement is more than just a logo makeover or new website,” Pollak said. “It redefines our commitment to innovation so we can better serve our clients’ needs.”
The website also offers users of eGordian easier access to the online software used to manage and track construction-procurement processes. Clients can log in directly from www.TheGordianGroup.com.
The brand launch also coincides with the company’s relocation of its corporate headquarters to Greenville, S.C., more than doubling the size to accommodate the company’s rapid expansion.
With this relocation, the company leaves a 9,600-square-foot building for its new 21,600-square-foot facility. The move offers space for The Gordian Group’s focused expansion of information technology, sales and marketing, and product-development staffs as its business grows.
“The growth of our business during the last few years and our future plans meant we needed larger offices to better serve a growing list of clients,” Pollak said.
