Terrasmart: TerraTrak Hail Stow Feature
A new hail stow feature has been introduced for the single-axis tracker, TerraTrak. This capability is designed to enhance risk mitigation functionality for solar asset owners and operators. It automatically triggers the optimal stow position to protect PV plants during hail events. Available for both 1P and 2P trackers, it is foundation-agnostic, meaning it can be paired with ground screws or driven piles. It also features a high tilt stow angle, real-time weather forecast triggers and customizable timing for activation.
