Security Software Targets Versatility

Manything, manufacturers of cloud video recording and remote monitoring services with more than 850,000 registered users globally, is bringing their six years of cloud expertise to the professional security industry with the launch of Manything Pro at ISC West 2018 (booth #34061). Manything began as an app allowing users to turn spare smartphones and tablets into home security cameras. The solution has now grown to empower professional security dealers and integrators to offer remote viewing and offsite cloud surveillance recording, creating a new source of Recurring Monthly Revenue (RMR), with extreme ease.

“Manything Pro delivers immediate benefits for surveillance professionals by providing them with a cloud recording and monitoring solution that is simple to execute, and takes care of the recurring billing for them once the sale is closed,” says James West, CEO and co-Founder, Manything. “This new business model makes it possible for surveillance professionals to seamlessly add remote video monitoring and storage without any of the hassles associated with recurring billing. We do all the heavy lifting for them, which makes the value proposition for Manything Pro as a new source of RMR even more attractive.”

Manything Pro is a cloud SaaS solution which allows users to access their video through an Apple or Android mobile app. Resellers can manage their customers through the Manything Pro partner portal and can install the software onto a compatible camera in under 5 minutes directly from the Manything Pro app – no additional hardware, port forwarding or router configuration is required. The software is optimized to minimize bandwidth consumption, and cybersecurity is built into the solution to help users protect their data. An unlimited number of cameras can be added for live viewing for free – users only pay for select cameras that are recording to the cloud. Manything can manage all billing and renewals, freeing the integrator or dealer to simply collect ongoing commissions. A white label solution is also available for large dealers and integrators.

“It’s an easy choice to make Manything Pro a default offering for every camera installation,” West says. “It’s a highly affordable, turnkey solution that’s easy to sell, implement and manage for reliable cloud surveillance recording and viewing.”
