Agreement Creates Small Business Jobs for Service Providers, Improves Shopping Environment for Customers and Reduces Costs
CHICAGO — SMS Assist, a leader in facility management services, has announced a five-year contract expansion with Family Dollar Stores (NYSE: FDO) to provide maintenance services to the retailer’s more than 7,900 locations
The deal increases SMS Assist’s scope of work from floor care and exterior services to include facilities maintenance, giving SMS Assist responsibility for day-to-day services as well as periodic maintenance, including snow removal, landscaping and parking lot care.
