Quaker Windows and Doors: Company Opens New Vinyl Window and Door Facility
Freeburg, Mo. — March 29, 2016 — Quaker Windows and Doors has announced the opening of a new vinyl window and door manufacturing facility in Vienna, Mo. The new 185,000-square-foot facility will allow Quaker to significantly increase production capacity of its residential and light commercial vinyl products.
“This new vinyl manufacturing facility is part of a long-term strategic growth plan to not only meet future demand for our vinyl products, but also position Quaker to offer new and innovative vinyl window and door solutions in the future,” said Kevin Blansett, Quaker’s CEO. “This new dedicated vinyl production facility also allows us to expand production capacity for our architectural and commercial aluminum products division."
Quaker has experienced considerable growth across the U.S. in all of its sales divisions, including residential, light commercial, commercial, and architectural.
“Currently, we are also in the process of expanding our Glass Plant to accommodate future growth,” said Bill Sifflard, director of business development. “Our ability to manufacture wood, vinyl, and aluminum window and door products for both the residential, commercial, and architectural markets from a centralized site, is something that is unique within the industry and enables our team to truly meet our customer’s diverse and ever evolving needs.
