Orion Entrance Control: Company to Showcase Newest Turnstile and Integrations at ASIS 2015

Sept. 16, 2015 — Orion ECI, manufacturer of high-end entrance-control turnstile solutions, will unveil its newest turnstile and feature exciting partnerships with MorphoWave biometric access control, Blueline facial recognition software, and IBC’s barcode readers at ASIS International’s 61st Annual Seminar and Exhibits.

Considered the “world’s most influential security event,” ASIS International will be held Sept. 28-Oct. 1 at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, Calif. The event showcases operational and cyber security across the distribution channel with more than 600 companies displaying their latest offerings.

“Orion ECI is committed to providing high quality, aesthetically pleasing customized turnstile solutions and we’ve hit it out of the park with the newest addition to our lineup,” said Orion ECI president and founder Steve Caroselli. “We’re excited to share the best in entrance control technology with our friends and colleagues attending ASIS.”

Orion will demo the newest addition to its line of turnstiles, the Optical Bi-Parting Full Glass-Extended (OBFG-E). The OBFG-E turnstile has an open and clean look while incorporating Orion ECI’s Beam Scan Optical Detection solution for a superior product.

The standard finish features stainless steel, Corian tops, and available 3M bullet-resistant film. Glass barrier height can be configured at the waist, chest, or head level for a customized solution.

ASIS attendees are encouraged to visit Orion at Booth 867 to demo the newest products and to view partnerships with technology partners.
