BELOIT, Wis. – Mule-Hide Products’ new line of edge metal and accessories for single-ply roofing systems makes putting customized finishing touches on TPO, EPDM and PVC roofs fast and easy.
The new products will be unveiled at the International Roofing Expo, Feb. 5-7 in San Antonio. Mule-Hide Products will be exhibiting in booth number 335.
The product line includes a complete assortment of metal edge detail products, drainage systems, scuppers, collector boxes, pitch pans and roof accessories. In addition to a wide selection of standard sizes, custom-fabricated products are available.
“Contractors have told us that they want a collection of high-quality edge details and accessories that offers design flexibility and helps them get the job done more efficiently,” said Mule-Hide Products President Daniel Piché. “Our new line is specifically created to meet those demands.”
All products are designed for quick and easy installation, eliminating the need for on-site metal fabrication and helping contractors increase their productivity and reduce their labor costs. Contractor-friendly features include pre-punched holes and pre-notched grooves and lap joints.
A broad palette of color and metal options gives contractors, architects and their customers nearly endless flexibility in creating the desired look. Products are available in 29 Kynar® metal finish colors (24-gauge) and several specialized metals – including .040 and .050 aluminum Kynar finish, .040 and .050 aluminum mill finish, 16-ounce copper, 24-gauge stainless steel and 24-gauge bonderized (paintable) steel – as well as TPO-coated, and PVC-coated.
Products are delivered directly to the jobsite in specially designed protective packaging, virtually eliminating the risk of damage during shipping and handling. Prior to shipping, all products are carefully inspected and then coated with a protective film.
The products are complaint with the ANSI/SPRI ES-1 Wind Design Standard for Edge Systems Used with Low Slope Roof Systems (commonly referred to as “ES-1”).
All products in the line include recycled content and are recyclable at the end of their useful lives.
All products in the new line are approved for coverage under Mule-Hide Products’ Standard System Warranties and Premium System Warranties.
