Luminus Devices: XFM-5050 UVC LED


The new XFM-5050 UVC LED series offers two, three, and four-chip options with nominal power levels of 120, 180, and 240 mW of disinfection power. With the industry rapidly transitioning from mercury lamps to LEDs and new applications emerging that require higher power from smaller LEDs, XFM-5050 devices can deliver more than 400 mW at maximum drive current from a 5mm x 5mm package.
