Johnson Controls: Global WorkPlace Solutions Wins $75 Million Contract to Expand Facilities Management Services


 

Milwaukee, Wis. — July 27, 2015 — Johnson Controls, a global multi-industrial company, has signed a four-year contract to provide BBVA bank with facilities management services including cleaning, maintenance, and energy management in Spain and Mexico.

The contract builds upon Johnson Controls Global WorkPlace Solutions (GWS) business’ eight-year relationship with BBVA in Spain and will help the bank drive value across two key markets.

As part of the Enterprise Facilities Management (EFM) service provision, BBVA will use GWS’s expertise to enhance its FM operating model including standardization of operations across countries, data management, and energy management.
