Intermountain Electric, Inc. Joins the TEGG Service Network


TEGG, a leading provider of electrical maintenance services, announcesIntermountain Electric, Inc. has signed an agreement to provide TEGG Service for Colorado, Wyoming and portions of Nevada. Intermountain Electric, Inc. is a leading full-service provider of electrical construction service and solutions for commercial, industrial and renewable energy customers. TEGG is a franchise brand of ABM Franchising Group, an operating unit ofABM (NYSE:ABM).

This allows us to guarantee our electrical preventative maintenance to our clients and take the proactive approach to safe, quality electrical construction services,” said Scott Cochran, General Manager of Preventative Maintenance, Intermountain Electric, Inc.

Based in Denver, Intermountain Electric, Inc. has provided comprehensive electrical construction services in the Rocky Mountain region and western United States for 70 years. It offers complete project solution services ranging from commercial and industrial electrical solutions, to renewable energy systems. The company’s special projects division is capable of providing 24-hour, on-call service, while catering to clients’ special project requirements.

Cochran said the company plans to expand its service offerings to include gear replacement, and comprehensive power quality and efficiency studies for a variety of facilities.

During its long history of outstanding service in the western United States, Intermountain Electric, Inc. has received several awards, including the 2016 AGC Colorado ACE Awards’ Best Building Project by a Specialty Contractor ($6 to $10 million) for its project at the Community Hospital of Grand Junction. It also received the 2016 AGC Colorado ACE Awards’ Silver Award for Meeting the Challenge of a Difficult Job by a Specialty Contractor for the Western Sugar Processing Facility Upgrades project.

ABM Franchising Group offers two franchise brands, Linc Service and TEGG, which deliver preventive maintenance solutions to commercial and industrial buildings. Linc Service specializes in mechanical service solutions, while TEGG offers electrical service solutions. Intermountain Electric, Inc. will provide TEGG Service as part of the TEGG franchise network.
