Impact Products: Company Acquires Malt Industries


 

Toledo, Ohio — Sept. 24, 2015 — Impact Products announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire the assets and intellectual property of Malt Industries, effective Oct. 1, 2015.

Malt Industries, of Purvis, Miss., is a leading wholesale distributor of protective apparel.

“This acquisition will further enhance Impact’s continued growth and commitment to the Gloves & Safety Category,” according to Terry Neal, president & CEO of Impact Products. “We look forward to bringing the full line of Malt Products to our customer base.”

Impact Products is a manufacturer and supplier of branded and private label non-chemical commercial cleaning, maintenance, safety, and related products. The company’s offering encompasses a full suite of janitorial products including floor care products, waste receptacles, washroom accessories, and safety products.

Markets served by the company include commercial cleaning, industrial services, healthcare, government, schools, office buildings, hospitality, and foodservice.
