Hightower: Company Chosen as Preferred Technology Provider for Leasing Management by CBRE
New York City — Oct. 9, 2015 — Hightower, a leasing management platform for the commercial real estate industry, announced that CBRE Group, Inc., the world's largest commercial real estate and investment firm, has selected Hightower as a preferred technology provider for leasing management.
This multi-year agreement will enable CBRE sales professionals to enhance their productivity and client service delivery through powerful features such as centralized deal tracking, lease analysis, and automated client reporting, available online or via the Hightower mobile app.
"We are excited to see the Hightower platform offer powerful new capabilities to our professionals, who have been looking for an end-to-end leasing management platform to assist them in closing transactions and providing differentiated customer service" said Ed Schreyer, president, Americas, Agency Brokerage and Asset Service, CBRE.
Founded in 2013, Hightower provides Web-based software that helps commercial brokers and owners more effectively manage their leasing process — reaching prospects, converting prospects to tenants, and managing overall portfolio performance. The platform brings today's disparate data and activities onto a single interface that is intuitive, collaborative, and accessible from any device.
"CBRE is the most recognized firm in commercial real estate services and we couldn't be more excited about this relationship," said Brandon Weber, CEO, Hightower. "Many of the world's most successful brokers are using Hightower to transform the way they manage their leasing business and differentiate from the competition."
