General Pipe Cleaners: Flood-Guard

The Flood-Guard helps protect property in all types of flood-prone locations.  Available for two-inch, three-inch, and four-inch floor drains, it operates like a check valve to seal off water back-up caused by overloaded sewers. Water flows normally through the drain until the sewer begins to back up. The float then rises to seal off the drain opening until water recedes. It is also available in a standpipe model for handling extreme, extended pressure.
