EverWhite Donates Music Staff Whiteboard for Classroom Makeover on the "Rachel Ray Show"

Menomonee Falls, Wis. - EverWhite, a manufacturer of visual communication products, donates a music staff whiteboard for a surprise makeover of a music room at Holt High School in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. The makeover was awarded to Holt High School for participating in the “Life Opens Up Project” organized by Crest and Oral B. The surprise makeover aired on the December 2, 2011 episode of the “Rachel Ray Show.”
Crest and Oral B’s “Life Opens Up Project” challenged participants to share how a healthy, confident mouth helps them engage in their world. Participants were eligible to win up to $25,000 and be featured on the Rachael Ray Show.
Holt High School’s principal, Donna Niblett, was chosen as a winner of the “Life Opens Up Project” after submitting a video detailing the struggles her town and her students had experienced after the community was hit by a massive tornado on April 27, 2011. Holt High School’s band had dwindled to only twenty members because parents could not afford band instruments after lives were devastated by the catastrophic tornado. The “Life Opens Up Project” not only provided Holt High School with a music room makeover, but it allowed Holt High School to provide new instruments for the students to use free of charge.
EverWhite was honored to be selected by the “Rachel Ray Show” to donate the music staff whiteboard needed for Holt High School’s music room makeover. The music staff whiteboard was installed at the front of the classroom, and it includes a lifetime guarantee ensuring that the board will stay white, with no staining or discoloration even after years of daily use. In addition, the graphics on the whiteboard are embedded underneath the dry erase surface, so they will never fade, wear away, or inhibit writing.
According to Amanda Dahlby, marketing manager for EverWhite, “EverWhite is committed to helping communities and schools in need. It is a true honor to have been selected by the “Rachel Ray Show” to participate in this music room makeover for Holt High School.”
In addition to music staff whiteboards, EverWhite offers a line of fully customized whiteboards for diverse applications. Used across the country in hospital patient rooms, lean manufacturing applications, and even in the locker rooms of professional athletics teams, EverWhite’s customized printed whiteboards feature vibrant, photo-quality graphics. And, all EverWhite whiteboards are guaranteed to stay white for a lifetime; even permanent marker can be removed with ease.
