Englert Now Offering AIA - CEU Courses Online

Englert is pleased to announce the creation of its first online AIA Continuing Education Course. The one hour AIA E-101-OL “Introduction to Architectural and Structural Standing Seam Metal Roof Systems” provides the architect with a complete overview of the history, specifications and key benefits of standing seam metal roof systems.

This new and effective E101-OL has been reviewed by the American Institute of Architects and approved for CEU credit. The course is also very informative and available to specifiers, builders, engineers and others who want to learn about metal roofing or who can get professional credit from their associations.

The course covers a variety of aspects related to the selection and installation of standing seam metal roof systems including the types of materials used, the different roofing profiles available, methods of standing seam manufacturing, coating types, testing and retrofit metal roof designs. The course also emphasizes the relationship between metal roofing and environmental sustainability.

For more than 15 years Englert has been offering architects the opportunity to learn about metal roof systems and earn valuable CEU course credits through a series of on-site Lunch and Learn live events. Now, in addition to these live presentations, architects can choose to learn about the advantages of metal roof systems from the comfort of their home or office, at no cost, and any time of the day or night.

The next course, expected to come online in September, is be E-102-OL: Metal Roof Design in HVHZ .
