VersaFlex announces Dzolv® - a fast acting, water soluble, environmentally safe way to clean your spray gun parts, equipment and PPE.
KANSAS CITY, KS - VersaFlex® - The Polyurea People® are proud to announce Dzolv®, a solvent/stripper designed to break down and strip away uncured polyurea, polyurethane, epoxies and polyester resins. It’s great for safely and effectively cleaning your spray gun and equipment parts.
If you spray polyurea or polyurethane foam, then you how difficult it is to remove crystallized iso and resin from your gun parts, pump parts, proportioning equipment and PPE. Removing the hardened finish product itself can be yet another constant struggle for contractors.
VersaFlex Dzolv® is a water soluble organic solvent, containing no aromatics or petroleum distillates. Dzolv® is designed to provide maximum stripping effectiveness while incorporating a high flash point and low toxicity. Dzolv® replaces most industrial solvents such as chlorinated hydrocarbons (methylene chloride, carbon tetrachloride and 1,1,1 trichlorethane) when used on cured polymers.
Dzolv®, may be applied liberally and employ baths where possible for stationary stripping. Once properly applied, the user can scrub the parts with a brush and cleaning tools to remove the unwanted polymers.
