D&D Technologies, a provider of high-performance gate and door hardware, recently introduced its new robust ConcealFit Closer and Hinge Set, the world’s only hydraulic concealed closer and hinge set in an all-in-one combination. The new closer and hinge kit is suitable for both interior and exterior applications for both doors and gates.
Door applications:
The ConcealFit Door Closer and Hinge set provides concealed, clean openings for an elegant, distinctive and timeless look. ConcealFit includes four positional adjustments: lateral, vertical, depth and inclination to ensure perfect installation, as well as adjustable closing speed, latching speed and backcheck allowing a quiet, custom close with no slamming. The ConcealFit features a UL10C fire rating, is suitable for ADA use and is ideal for hotels, offices buildings, high-end residences and safe rooms, and is applicable for wood, hollow metal and fiberglass doors.

The ConcealFit Gate Closer and Hinge set delivers unparalleled security with a gate gap as low as 5/64”, no exposed parts for use as a climbing foothold and cannot be vandalized. The ConcealFit is suitable for ADA use and the available weld boxes make for easy installation within the gate and post. The gate closer and hinge set is ideal for schools, utilities, businesses and multi-family residential settings.
The ConcealFit Closer and Hinge set has been independently tested to over 500,000 open/close cycles, closes heavy duty doors and gates up to 220 lb and can be used on both left and right-handed single swing doors. The ConcealFit Closer and Hinge set includes dress covers and powerful, hidden hydraulics in a tamper resistant, compact design.
