City Wide: Company Becomes First Franchise Member of ISSA

Lenexa, Kan. — Oct. 19, 2015 — City Wide Franchise, the industry’s leading building maintenance management company, announced that it is the first franchise member of the Worldwide Cleaning Industry Association (ISSA). Through a special membership package, City Wide Franchise can now offer its franchise partners the opportunity to join ISSA at a significantly discounted rate.

“The ISSA is proud to welcome City Wide Franchise to our association,” said Rosie Rangel, director of industry outreach, ISSA. “We appreciate City Wide Franchise’s efforts to improve access to industry news and information for its franchise partners. Every new City Wide franchise partner that joins the ISSA helps us advance our goal of changing the way the world views cleaning. We hope our partnership will result in increased professionalism and knowledge sharing within the cleaning and maintenance industry.”

City Wide franchise partners who join the association will now have access to various training courses and materials, networking opportunities, and marketing collateral at a discounted rate through the franchisor.

City Wide has made a name for itself in major U.S. cities by streamlining commercial facilities and maintenance management of more than 20 services through a collection of service providers and alliance partners. The services include floor care, window washing, janitorial supplies, and parking lot maintenance. Taking the onus off building owners and property management companies that typically have to choose separate companies for each task, City Wide eases the selection and management processes for its clients.
