CetraRuddy: Firm Will Design Rare Office Building for Meatpacking District in New York City
New York City — March 3, 2016 — The architecture and interiors firm CetraRuddy will design a new office building on West 15th Street in Manhattan, in the city's trendy Meatpacking district.
The developer, Boston-based Rockpoint Group, selected CetraRuddy to design the 18-story, 130,000-square-foot building, along with renovations of existing connecting structures that will add 85,000 square feet of additional office and boutique retail space.
New office space is a welcome addition to the neighborhood of hotels, high-end retail and restaurants, and access to the High Line elevated promenade.
