The CHP-120 is designed for light commercial applications, such as restaurants, schools, retail buildings and facilities that traditionally use a standard commercial electric water heater. The integrated design and front-mounted components allow for easier installation and maintenance. With an industry-leading 4.2 coefficient of performance, the heat pump can save up to $3,500 in annual energy compared to a standard electric commercial water heater. This results in an average payback on investment of two years or less.
