Chicago and Minneapolis — Aug. 11, 2015 — BluePoint Alert Solutions, the leader in Rapid Emergency Response Systems (RERS), announced its partnership with Low Voltage Contractors (LVC), a Minnesota-based security solutions provider that serves Minnesota and Arizona. Founded in 1983, LVC has provided fire and life safety solutions for more than 30 years.
Its new partnership with BluePoint will help provide RERS to schools, commercial buildings, and other facilities in the Minnesota and Arizona areas with the ultimate goal of dramatically improving the response time of law enforcement and first responders to crisis scenarios.

BluePoint’s Rapid Emergency Response System is specifically designed to speed the response times of law enforcement/first responders and notify building occupants when life-threatening incidents occur within schools and other facilities.
Similar to a standard “fire alarm,” occupants can activate a BluePoint pull station and instantly notify police of an emergency situation to expedite a rapid response.
It also communicates automatically with building occupants to initiate emergency management protocols that are proven to save lives in times of chaos and crisis.
Similarly, BluePoint also offers a Medical RERS solution that speeds the response time of medical first responders, as well as communicates to designated individuals in the building in the event of a medical emergency.
LVC will act as an extension of BluePoint by being able to sell, install, and maintain its award-winning RERS solution. To date, BluePoint has eight Certified Partners located throughout various parts of the U.S. as it continues its expansion nationwide.
