Aquatherm’s Coronavirus Response in North America and Globally

As a global polypropylene pipe manufacturer conducting business in more than 75 countries, Aquatherm is committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of its employees while meeting the needs of its customers and partners during these unprecedented times. Aquatherm is carefully monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic and all communications from government agencies, local health officials and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC), as we continue to monitor this ever-changing situation.

At the present time, the entire company is still fully operational. Many proactive and protective measures have been enacted within the company in its global headquarters and manufacturing facility, as well as throughout all Aquatherm facilities worldwide. The raw materials used to make Aquatherm pipe systems are still being delivered as usual and production is continuing.

“We certainly cannot predict the developments over the next few days and weeks, but the Aquatherm team is committed and continuously striving to choose the best possible solution for the entire Aquatherm family and all of our customers,” said Aquatherm Managing Director Dirk Rosenberg. “We recommend sending us inquiries and orders as soon as possible so that we can take them into account in our current process planning.

According to Aquatherm North America CEO Jordan Hardy, Aquatherm has taken several precautionary measures and has enacted a plan to ensure that the company can currently continue all business operations in North America (such as shipping, fabrication, estimating, and drafting).

“The safety and well-being of our employees, customers and partners is important to us,” Hardy said. “Like other companies, Aquatherm is currently limiting travel to essential travel only for the next few weeks as we continue to monitor the situation. We also have established a protocol for those coming to visit our place of business.”

“We thank you for the partnership-based relationships and are already looking forward to better days together,” Rosenberg said. “We wish you, your families, and your teams all the best for this critical phase, especially health.”
