ASCO Debuts New Global Headquarters, Product Development Center


ASCO Power Technologies, the leader in power switching and controls innovation, today debuted its new global headquarters in Florham Park, a progressive facility that helps the company meet evolving customer requirements in ever-challenging market conditions.

ASCO President Armand Visioli said, "Our new headquarters fosters an open and collaborative environment where employees share ideas and innovate more effectively to engineer solutions that satisfy customer demands for higher reliability, long-term performance and comprehensive service."

A world-class Product Development Center focuses on next-generation power transfer switches and paralleling switchgear, surge suppressors and load banks, communication products and power quality measurement tools. ASCO has developed every major innovation in power transfer switching, control and testing for more than a century.

The center integrates highly-skilled power switching and controls engineers and support staff with state-of-the-art design tools. Three-dimensional, computer-aided modeling, finite element analysis and fused deposition modeling design, overcome complex magnetic and mechanical stresses, and prototype components and entire systems. The innovative technologies the center produces protect such mission-critical operations as data, telecommunications and financial centers, hospitals, and other facilities.

ASCO’s headquarters and Product Development Center enable customers and ASCO engineers to collaborate on evolving power management requirements, share best practices, and create solutions that help transform their businesses. The facility also will help ASCO attract the best technical and business minds to spearhead the future of critical power.
