Atlanta — March 2, 2016 — ABM Industries Inc., a provider of facility solutions, announced that Landis Mechanical Group Inc. has signed a franchise agreement to join its Linc Service franchise network. Landis is a provider of mechanical contracting services in Leesport, Pa.
“We believe that being a part of Linc Service, and capitalizing on the processes, procedures, and services it offers, will help grow Landis Mechanical Group Inc. in a clear and decisive way. We have always tried to look ahead and plan for the future of this company and its employees. This is the primary reason we joined the Linc Service network,” said Chris Landis, HVACR manager, Landis.
In the past 30 years, Landis has grown from a one-man shop serving residential HVACR needs to a multifaceted organization of 20-plus employees providing HVACR and boiler maintenance and repair, plumbing, and code welding for the commercial and industrial markets. As part of Linc Service, the company plans on expanding its service offerings to include Guaranteed Lifetime Protection (GLP) agreements.
Landis will operate under the Linc Service franchise brand of ABM Franchising Group, which specializes in meeting the mechanical service needs of commercial and industrial clients. ABM Franchising Group, a subsidiary of ABM Industries Inc., offers a portfolio of franchise networks that deliver mechanical and electrical service and preventive maintenance solutions to commercial, industrial, and residential buildings. ABM Franchising Group consists of three franchise brands: Linc Service, GreenHomes America, and TEGG.
