Vermeer: SC48TX Stump Cutter


The SC48TX Stump Cutter provides the ideal solution to access jobsites with a narrow footprint and low ground pressure, yet it can remove larger stumps. Powered by a 48-horsepower (36-kilowatt) 1.7-liter Cat diesel engine certified to Tier 4 Final/Stage V emissions regulations, it can cut up to 28 inches (71.1 centimeters) above grade and 16 inches (40.6 centimeters) below the surface. It features a straight-line cutting width of 65 inches (170.2 centimeters).
