The new 18-volt (V) brushless hammer drill and impact driver combo kit offers brushless technology and combines an 18V hammer drill and an 18V impact driver with a 36V/18V MultiVolt backwards-compatible battery for up to 5.0Ah of run time per charge and a lightweight 3.0Ah battery for improved maneuverability. Brushless motor technology delivers more power to the motor by minimizing unnecessary energy loss through friction and heat, and brushless tools offer longer run time between charges, increased power and extended durability with essentially no maintenance.
