The A. O. Smith iCOMM™ Connectivity Platform utilizes the latest technology in commercial water heating to easily connect iCOMM™ enabled water heaters to the A. O. Smith mobile app. Through constant remote monitoring, the iCOMM platform provides users with detailed diagnostic fault notifications and fault histories for each connected water heater directly to their mobile device. By allowing contractors and consumers to control the set point and differential of the water heater straight from the app, the iCOMM platform provides total control and peace of mind. iCOMM connectivity now comes standard with all Cyclone® BTH models.
