Lighthouse International Ltd.'s Warm Welcome® heaters keep outdoor steps landings and ramps safer through the winter, and are convenient time savers for today’s busy families. Many snow melting products require regular applications and maintenance. They also can be damaging to nearby landscaping. Warm Welcome® heaters provide continual low voltage heat to high risk areas significantly reducing constant attention.
Our step, landing and ramp heaters are very thin (less than 1/8 of an inch). They also run off 12 or 24 volt transformers, making them inherently safe to operate.
We began designing low-voltage heaters in 1991, focusing on the transit industry. We have established name recognition and a reputation for quality, service and dependability throughout the motor coach and school bus manufacturing industry, and have now turned our attention to our heaters for homes and businesses.
Warm Welcome® heaters have proven effective wherever they have been installed. Our step and landing heaters are used as far north as Barrow, Alaska, and as far east as Quebec, Canada, New York City, and Nova Scotia. We even have installations in the harsh environment of North Sea oil platforms.
