VRV IV X heat recovery systems adapt Daikin’s VRV technology to the unique North American HVAC market. VRV IV X is the industry’s first VRV/VRF system to be engineered and assembled in North America. VRV IV X systems are packed with features that provide solutions to traditional commercial HVAC challenges of North America. VRV IV X systems dual fuel, 3-phase, VRV/VRF systems can integrate with with Daikin communicating gas furnaces. The VRV IV X systems are available in 208/230V, 460V, and 575V systems.
VRV IV X heat recovery systems are engineered with features that provide ease of configurability and optimal total life cycle cost for multi-phased installations and buildings with changing applications. VRV IV X heat recovery systems integrate Daikin’s patented vapor injection technology and advanced Variable Refrigerant Temperature (VRT) technology to deliver year round comfort control, energy efficiency and reliable operations. VRV IV X provides high heat pump heating capacities down to -13 F as standard with a wide heat pump heating operation range from -13 F to 60 F and a wide cooling operation range from -4 F to 122 F. A hot gas bypass circuit with improved control logic allows installation without the need for a base pan heater. The inverter circuit board features a unique, controlled refrigerant cooling circuit to help maintain temperature and performance of the circuit board.
The service and commissioning window feature allows ease of commissioning and troubleshooting using the seven segmented display that provides system operating pressures and temperatures.
