The RapidLock (RL) membrane attachment system, from Carlisle Syntec, is an adhesive-free system that uses VELCRO brand securable solutions to fully attach 115-mil FleeceBACK RL EPDM or FleeceBACK RL TPO to InsulBase RL or SecurShield HD RL polyiso insulation. The RapidLock system offers a variety of features and benefits, including no temperature restrictions and no volatile organic compounds or odors. The adhesive-free system saves time and labor. It has a Factory Mutual 1-90 approval rating and wind uplift ratings comparable to traditional fully adhered single-ply systems.
