Ascent: Platform Aligns with Tuangru’s Agentless DCIM Tool

Ascent, a provider of comprehensive data center solutions, announced a strategic partnership with Tuangru, a data center management software provider, to offer an integrated solution for critical infrastructure maintenance and IT asset management through Ascent’s Navigator Platform.

The Ascent Navigator platform is a data center operations and infrastructure management resource, backed by Ascent’s managed services for critical facility maintenance, remote monitoring, and is capable of integrating with multiple Building Management Systems, Building Automation Systems and DCIM tools. Through the Tuangru partnership, Ascent is now able to offer customers a ‘Day One’ integrated solution for managing both critical facility systems and IT assets.

“With Tuangru’s RAMP DCIM agentless discovery technology, attractive pricing model, and growing adoption across data centers globally, we are excited and proud to offer RAMP as an offering under the Navigator Platform,” said Robert Painter, president of Ascent. “Together, our businesses are strategically aligned to help customers who are struggling to identify the right fit, justify funding or lean on an implementation team to rollout a DCIM tool and an Operations & Maintenance system for real-time visibility of critical infrastructure sites, systems and IT assets.”

Ascent serves global clients with its data center facilities and critical infrastructure services, including Ascent’s Navigator Platform, 24x7 Critical Facility Management, IT Site Services, Data Center Engineering & Construction Services, among other services.

“Ascent and Tuangru’s integrated software platform delivers end-to-end management across the critical, facility, IT and virtual layers,” said Jad Jebara, president & CEO of Tuangru. “We’re confident data center operators will find our joint solution to be unparalleled in the market.”
