IFMA St. Louis Program Looks at Strategic Capital Planning


Every building's infrastructure carries a life cycle. The St. Louis chapter of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA), will delve into strategically managing costs for capital planning at its program on Wednesday, Nov. 16.

Building a Strategic Capital Planning Framework

Program outline:

Cath Ronan, AIA and senior consultant for Accruent, will discuss the

strategy in aligning capital planning with an organization's mission.

Additionally, Ronan will talk about identifying the best investment

strategies. The end result helps facility managers communicate with senior

leadership on aging systems while maximizing resources to maintain a

building's infrastructure.
