eMaint: Company Enjoys Substantial Growth in Revenue, Workforce, Customers


 

Marlton, N.J. — March 29, 2016 — eMaint Enterprises, the leader in Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS), saw 148 percent growth in revenue over a three-year period (2013-2015). The company’s staff grew by 34 percent in 2015, adding members to the support, professional services, and sales teams. In 2015, 859 new customers signed on with eMaint and the company launched its enhanced CMMS solution, eMaint X4.

eMaint’s solution reached a diverse range of new clients in 2015, with organizations in industries such as manufacturing, facilities, service providers, healthcare, fleet, food and beverage, and more.

In 2015, eMaint took on new customers from across the United States and a host of nations globally, including Australia, Argentina, and Barbados.

This diversity and impressive growth sparked key industry recognition by Inc. 5000, Deloitte Technology Fast 500, and Philadelphia 100 for revenue growth. eMaint was also awarded a spot on the Stevie Awards Customer Service Department of the Year, the 2015 SmartCEO Corporate Culture Awards, and TopTen #1 2015 Gold Award winner for Maintenance Management Software.

Software innovation played a key role for the company in 2015 with the release of eMaint X4. Designed to provide a newly enhanced user experience with a new, streamlined single-page interface using the latest Web technologies, eMaint continues to upgrade software with innovative features, increased performance, and enhanced capabilities.

The release of the eMaint Community and Knowledge Base was also notable in 2015. This all-in-one portal allows customers to access live chat, support cases, hundreds of helpful articles, and an idea port where they can view and vote on new features.

Over the course of 2015, eMaint hosted over 200 clients at training sessions in Dublin and its state-of-the art Experience Center in Florida, delivered training and consulting services at 200 customer sites, and engaged 2,218 attendees during online webinars.

eMaint also gained status as an SMRP Approved Education Provider, allowing CMRPs, CMRTs and CRLs to qualify for Continuing Education Credits (CEUs) at eMaint training events.
