Ascend: Company Launches Elevator Cab Makeover Contest

Milwaukee, Wis. — Feb. 15, 2016 — Ascend Elevator Protection Systems, a division of Inpro, has launched its “Fab My Cab” elevator cab makeover contest, which will run through Aug. 19, 2016.

Customers are invited to submit before-and-after photos showing their use of the Ascend elevator cab product line to transform their elevator cab from drab to fab. The most dramatic transformation will win the Grand Prize: reimbursement for one Ascend Elevator cab renovation package.

“One of the first things people notice about an elevator is the cab appearance; over time, elevator interiors can suffer a tremendous amount of damage,” said Preston Hombroek, Ascend sales director. “The elevator panels and walls are what truly make up the appearance of the cab. These panels bring your brand to life and create an inviting atmosphere for those who use them. With this contest, we’re hoping to inspire customers to imagine the transformations possible and encourage them to make the commitment to upgrading their cabs.”

To enter the contest and review the official rules and regulations, contestants should visit www.fabmycab.com.

Contest highlights will also be posted to social media and can be followed using hashtag #fabmycab.

The general judging criteria include: condition of original elevator cab, unusual features of original elevator cab that present renovation challenges, degree of change using the Ascend product, aesthetic use of Ascend product, and overall aesthetic appearance of final renovated cab.
