SIREAS: Corporate Real Estate Leaders Launch New Firm

Bellingham, Mass. — Sept. 30, 2015 — Former Expense Management Solutions CEO and Hiperos founder Michele J. Flynn, together with corporate real estate and facilities management leader Ingrid M. Fenn, have announced the launch of SIREAS, LLC, a new advisory firm offering corporate real estate clients strategy and services that deliver meaningful savings, improved performance, and increased shareholder value.

SIREAS will work with corporate real estate leaders and across executive suites to deliver integrated solutions — from big-picture CRE strategy to organizational design and performance, portfolio management, workplace optimization, facilities services, and outsourcing/supply chain decision-making and management.

“We are bringing the best of the past and exciting new talent and capabilities to SIREAS,” said Flynn, an internationally recognized authority on CRE and third-party relationship management. She is SIREAS’ executive chairman.

“In addition to decades of experience managing corporate real estate portfolios and facilities, SIREAS offers clients deep international expertise, including new market entry and compliance-focused navigation of complex regulatory and real estate environments,” Fenn said. She is SIREAS’ president and CEO.

In serving over 90 of the world’s largest corporations over 16 years with Expense Management Solutions (EMS), Flynn developed industry-standard performance-based contracting and risk fee methodology. The software tools she created for EMS clients were spun out into Hiperos, LLC, a new company she founded and built into a leading cloud-based platform enabling Global Fortune 2000 companies to extract maximum value from their outsourcing and supply chain relationships.

Most recently, as head of global real estate for health products leader Covidien, Fenn achieved more than $75 million in savings. She developed an integrated facilities management strategy and organizational CRE design, and drove the real estate component of a major business line divestiture and transactions in more than 140 countries. Previously, she integrated real estate strategy with business planning for Fortune 100 multinational United Technologies Corp., across its global 100-million-square-foot, 5,000-location portfolio.
