Eden Prairie, Minn., and Stacy, Minn. — Sept. 22, 2015 — Percoa USA, LLC and Royal Environmental Systems (a division of Royal Enterprises America) announced an agreement for Royal Environmental to license Percoa USA’s patented technology and manufacture and distribute Percoa pre-cast pervious concrete slabs and pavers.
Percoa USA is the first and only company to patent a pre-cast pervious concrete system, manufacturing methods, and related water filtration systems. Royal Environmental Systems, a leader in the manufacturing of concrete structures and development of stormwater treatment structures, supplies a full line of stormwater, sediment, and erosion-control solutions.

Percoa pre-cast pervious concrete is engineered with an open-cell structure to allow rainwater to drain directly through its entire surface. Percoa’s patented pre-casting creates a stronger and more durable paved surface than poured-in-place pervious products. Royal Environmental is able to use Percoa’s patented technology to produce pre-cast pervious slabs and pavers with consistent structural characteristics, uniformity, and predictable performance.
Royal Environmental pre-casts Percoa in a variety of sizes, shapes, and colors. Civil engineers, landscape architects, and contractors can use Percoa to design and install parking lots, driveways, sidewalks and walkways, plazas, and patios that are attractive, functional, and low-maintenance as well as pervious.
