Schindler Elevator: Company Introduces Online Planning and Design Tool
Morristown, N.J. — May 27, 2015 — Schindler Elevator Corp. has introduced Schindler Plan, an easy-to-use online planning and design tool for elevators, escalators, and moving walks.
Schindler Plan guides users through simple, intuitive steps for configuring and creating drawings and specifications for architects and spec writers. Users can find the mobility solution that best fits their needs, with job-specific questions regarding travel height and distance, speed, capacity, elevator door type options, power supply needs, finishes and fixtures, seismic provisions, and escalator requirements.
Architects and spec writers can download or email their job-specific design in the form of CAD drawings, BIM models or specifications.
