Norcross, Ga. – March 26, 2015 — IMETCO (Innovative Metals Company, Inc.) announced it has acquired Martin Fireproofing Corp., a leading manufacturer of specialty metal roof deck systems with a strong reputation for performance in the building envelope arena.
Martin Fireproofing will merge with IMETCO, and its products will continue to be sold under the Martin Fireproofing brand name.
