REMIGER DESIGN Leads Design and Renovation of Cass Information Systems Global Headquarters for Transportation Information Services

St. Louis, Mo. — Jan. 21, 2015 — REMIGER DESIGN, a St. Louis-based architecture and design firm, recently completed design and construction administration on Cass Information Systems' newly renovated facility, housing its global headquarters for transportation information services in Bridgeton, Mo.

The renovation of the 350-person facility was phased in over a two-year period to accommodate ongoing work in the building.

“REMIGER DESIGN has a long-standing relationship with Cass Information Systems, and we are happy to announce the completion of this project this year,” said Vern Remiger, president of REMIGER DESIGN. “The architectural and design updates that we introduced to the facility will increase its relevance and appeal for years to come.”

REMIGER DESIGN implemented space-saving designs and modern interior furnishings to completely transform the Headquarters into an attractive, functional work space. Per the requests of Cass, REMIGER DESIGN reorganized the floor plan of the information services division and incorporated standardized workstations with lower panels and energy-efficient lighting. A sophisticated front lobby with customer conference rooms was created, as well as a redesigned cafeteria space with small conference rooms for impromptu employee meetings.

“With this project, we have created a unique and inviting space designed to increase the productivity and job satisfaction of employees,” Remiger said. “By implementing functional layouts and stylish interiors, I believe we have created a truly exceptional office environment for Cass.”

Construction on the facility began in October of 2013 after several months of pre-construction phases. PARIC Corp. served as the general contractor.

REMIGER DESIGN specializes in the planning and design of commercial and corporate interiors, exteriors, and landscapes. The firm was founded in 2010 by Vern Remiger, an industry veteran with more than 30 years of experience in architecture, interior design, land planning, landscape architecture, and facilities management.
