EarthTronics' High Efficiency LED Lighting Featured At ENERGY STAR's Change The World Event


 

Muskegon, Mich. – Oct. 23, 2014 – EarthTronics, dedicated to developing innovative, energy-efficient lighting products that provide a positive economic and environmental impact for its customers, provided high efficiency T8 retrofit solutions for ENERGY STAR’s first-ever “Change the World” tour stop at the Boys and Girls Club in Pinconning, Mich., on Oct. 2.  

“Thanks to EarthTronics, we will experience 25 percent energy savings over the next several years by using the energy-efficient T8 retrofit solution they provided. We are enjoying both energy savings and an improved quality of light,” said William R Traxler, director of program operations for the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Great Lakes Bay Region. “By reducing our energy cost, we are able to invest in more programs for our kids.”

The Pinconning event was hosted by Consumers Energy, in Jackson, Mich. In addition to receiving T8 retrofit lamps and drivers from EarthTronics, the facility for the Boys and Girls Club received energy-efficiency upgrades from several other ENERGY STAR manufacturing partners.

The Change the World Tour was developed for public and private organizations across the country that are coming together to make a difference in people’s lives through energy efficiency and community service.
