AFFLINK's eLev8 Support Hotline Expanded

Tuscaloosa, AL - AFFLINK, a leading sales and marketing organization for the professional cleaning and building industries, announces that its eLev8 support hotline has recently been expanded for use by AFFLINK members, distributor sales representatives (DSRs), and their end customers.

The support hotline may be reached at elev8support@afflink.com.

eLev8 is a Web-based process that combines consultative selling with leading-edge technology.

Recently updated to version 3.0, the system is designed to specifically address the operations, management, and procurement needs of organizations in the food service, health care, manufacturing, and real estate/building management industries as well as government and education sectors.

“We have witnessed a sizeable increase in [eLev8] use and implementation,” says Leah Runge, head of eLev8 marketing and communications.

“Because of this, we just want to make sure our members, and especially our new users of the system, know the hotline service has been expanded and is available to them for support, questions, and feedback.”

The eLev8 system allows AFFLINK members to walk their clients through a variety of steps to better understand their current purchasing habits and more accurately recommend solutions.

According to Runge, the eLev8 process makes it easier for both the distributor and end-customer to pinpoint the purchasing goals and needs of the client as well as identify cost-savings that help increase efficiencies and productivity.

While the system is relatively easy to use, Runge says, “Like any new software program, there can be a learning curve; that’s why the support hotline was created and why we want our members to know it is available when needed.”
