CENTRIA Formawall PE Seal Plate Enhances Smart-R Wall Solution

Introduced in 2010, Smart-R Wall Solution reduces the amount of materials used while providing an unmatched combination of aesthetics, performance and sustainability.

CENTRIA’s Advanced Thermal and Moisture Protection (ATMP®) technology features an innovative pressure equalization chamber which equalizes the pressure between the interior and exterior wall and greatly reduces the potential for any moisture infiltration. With no pressure to force the moisture through the butyl seal, water moves vertically down the drain channel to exit the joinery system at the base of the wall.
